Regardless of weather, all participants are highly encouraged to be at packet pickup in order that they can collect their chipped race bibs along with their t-shirt and swag bags. Plus, participants and their families can enjoy a blueberry pancake dinner and concert on the lawn! (Race day pickup is available–see below for more information.)
Please park on the shoulder of the road when arriving at packet pickup.
Last Minute Registration
Anyone interested in last day registration will be able to register at packet pickup. A chipped bib will be provided to all registered participants.
Pancake Dinner & Music


If the weather allows, a blueberry pancake dinner will be offered to interested participants and their family members. Each plate will cost $5.00. The proceeds from the dinner will go to fund future Bay to Beacon race events and partially go to the Friends of Negwegon State Park, The Sunset Project, and the Alcona Historical Society.
Participants and families are encouraged to hang out while a small concert is provided by local musicians. So please bring a chair and/or blanket to hang out on the lawn!
In the event of inclement weather, stay tuned to our newsletter and social media for updates on the pancake dinner. Packet pick up will happen regardless of weather.
Race Day Packet Pickup
Participants unable to pickup their packets on Friday will need to pickup their packets Saturday morning from Sturgeon Point Lighthouse. Day-of packet pickup is available for half marathon racers between 5:30-6:45am. Packet pickup for 5k and 10k racers is available between 6-8 am.
